I’m a writer, advocate, entrepreneur, and proud mother of four who believes in growth, choosing yourself, and creating a life that feels true to you. My children are an important part of my story and the future I’m building. Through meaningful work, education, creativity, and service, I hope to encourage other women to recognize their worth and choose what’s healthy for them.
